Mike Salway is an amateur astronomer who is recognised as one of Australia's top planetary imagers. He has always shared his knowledge and techniques, enabling others to benefit from his experience. Mike will talk about his evolution in planetary imaging and factors that influence the outcomes, and he will share his techniques for capturing and processing images.

Public Viewing Night

NAS will be holding a free public viewing night. Amateur astronomers will be present with telescopes for viewing. BBQ facilities are available.
